  • 2 c. Cream-style cottge cheese
  • 1 x Green onion, cut 4 pcs
  • 1/4 c. Green pepper, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil-pk tomatoes, chop fine
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh basil, or possibly
  • 2 tsp Dry basil
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp Cracked pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender; process till smooth, stopping once to scrape sides. Serve with green, red and yellow pepper squares or possibly other fresh veggies.
