- 1/2 lb Noodles, cooked, liquid removed
- 1 lb Cottage cheese
- 1/2 pt Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Raisins
- 3 x Apples, diced -or possibly-
- 8 ounce Apple jelly
- 1 can (small) evaporated lowfat milk
- 4 x Large eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. Sugar

- To the noodles add in cottage cheese, lowfat sour cream, raisins, apples or possibly jelly, evaporated lowfat milk and Large eggs. Mix together well; add in sugar. Mix thoroughly.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for one hour. This can be baked in a square pan and cut into 2 inch portions - or possibly larger, if you like.
