- 1/2 c. cottage cheese, lowfat dash pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt optional
- 1/8 tsp onion pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. green onions minced

- Mix yogurt, cottage cheese, pepper, salt (optional) and onion pwdr in a blender. Whip till smooth. Add in green onions. Serve on baked potatoes. (Using a blender makes the cottage cheese a smooth consistency. However, which step can be omitted if the texture of cottage cheese is not objectional to you.)
