2 x Cornish game hens
1/2 c. chicken stock Salt to taste Lemon pepper to taste

1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with
1 Tbsp. cool water Warm boiled rice

Инструкции

Place Cornish hens in the crockpot (brown hens in a lightly greased skillet first, if you like); sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on LOW setting for 7 to 9 hrs.
Remove hens and skim fat; thicken juices with the cornstarch mix. Serve with rice.
This recipe yields 2 servings.
