1 pc 8 ounce package of Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 pc 8 ounce can creamed corn

1/4 cup lowfat milk.

1. Quickly mix the following 3 ingredients together without overbeating.
2. Spread in greased 6" x 7" pan and bake at 400 for 20 to 22 min or possibly till it tests done.
3. This works great for a topping for Tamale Pie too.
