- 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained), 15 ounce
- 1 can cream style corn, 15 ounce
- 1 (8 ounce) carton lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 large eggs, well beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Инструкции
- Mix all ingredients (except corn muffin mix) together. Add in muffin mix. Pour in 9x13 inch greased baking pan. Bake 45 min, 350 degrees. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese on top. Return to oven, bake 15 min. Serves 4-6.Reheats well in microwave.
