  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Light cream or possibly half & half
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 x 12 Ounces Wh corn
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten

Инструкции

  1. Lightly grease 1 qt casserole. Heat butter in saucepan. Remove from heat, stir in flour, salt, and sugar. Cook till smooth and thick. Stir in corn, then Large eggs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
