- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Place corn puffs in a large stainless steel bowl.
- In a 2 qt. saucepan, Cook together butter, brown sugar, corn syrup over medium heat for two minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add baking soda to the mix.
- This will cause the mixture to foam.
- Pour caramel mixture over corn puffs and stir until mixed.
- Pour coated puffs onto 2 parchment covered sheet pans.
- Spread out.
- Place pan in oven for 45 minutes at 250 degrees.
- Stir at least every 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and break apart.
