  • 1 pkt (10-ounce) Green Giant Niblets frzn corn in butter sauce
  • 1 1/3 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 1/4 tsp Salt, if you like
  • 1 1/3 c. Hungry Jack mashed potatoes
  • 2 ounce Shredded cheddar cheese, about 1/2 c.

  1. Cook corn as directed on package; keep hot.
  2. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine water, lowfat milk, margarine and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat; add in potato flakes and cheese. Using fork, stir till flakes are moistened. Stir in corn. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
  4. Cook corn as directed on package; keep hot.
  5. Place water, lowfat milk, margarine and salt in 4-c. microwave-safe measuring c.. Microwave on HIGH for 4-1/2 to 5 min or possibly till mix boils. Add in potato flakes and cheese. Using fork, stir till flakes are moistened. Let stand 1 minute. Stir in corn.
