Corn Bread Fritters

Ингредиенты

1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
2 teaspoon baking pwdr

1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Lowfat milk for stiff batter

Инструкции

Mix dry ingredients together. Beat large eggs and add in sufficient lowfat milk to make stiff batter. Drop from tsp into deep, hot fat and cook till golden. Drain on paper.
