- 2 lb Grnd beef
- 1 Tbsp. Shortening
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 can Whole kernel corn
- 1 x Cut up onion
- 1 can Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 x Cut up green pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
Инструкции
- Brown beef in skillet with onion and pepper. Then add in tomatoes, corn and seasoning and 1 Tbsp. celery flakes. Bring to boil and simmer 10 min. Pour into 3-qt casserole.
- In small mixing bowl sift: 1/2 c. cornmeal 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon sugar
