- 2 pkt (8 ounce each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. grnd red chiles
- 1 Tbsp. grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dsh pepper
- 1 can (8 3/4 ounce) whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1 sm onion, minced (about 1/4 C)

- Beat all ingredients except corn, walnuts and onion in large bowl on medium speed till smooth. Stir in corn, walnuts and onion. Serve with tortilla chips.
