- Blanch corn in boiling water for 3 min, refrigerate immediately and cut from cob. Or possibly microwave corn for 3-5 min on high, refrigerate in cold water and cut from cob. Place in medium size bowl, add in rest of ingredients, served chilled. If using frzn corn, it's not necessary to cook it; just mix with other ingredients and let stand till corn is thawed.
