- For the goujons, mix together the breadcrumbs, lemon zest, coriander, and seasoning.
- Pour the beaten Large eggs on to a plate and dip the turkey strips into it.
- Firmly press the turkey strips into the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the goujons for approximately 5 min till golden and cooked through.
- For the dip, add in the garlic and lemon juice to the mayonniase and stir well to combine.
- NOTES : These goujons make an ideal snack, or possibly as part of a buffet or possibly starter and are easy to make.
