  • 1 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 1 c. Fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 lb Scallops
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. White wine
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 dsh Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. Snipped parsley
  • 1 dsh Marjoram leaves
  • 3 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 1/2 c. Whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced onion

Инструкции

  1. Microwave 1 tbsp butter and onion at HI for 1 minute. Stir in scallops, mushrooms, wine, lemon juice. salt, marjoram, and paprika. Microwave, covered, at HI for 3 min. Drain and reserve liquid. Heat 3 tbsp butter.
  2. Blend flour. Stir in 1/2 c. reserved scallop liquid, cream, and parsley.
  3. Microwave at 70 till thickened, 3 to 5 min. Stir sauce into scallops.
  4. Spoon the scallop mix into 4 ramekins or possibly small bowls. Microwave at 70 till heated through, 2-1/2 to 3 min. Rearrange dishes after 1 minute.
