  • 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. Fresh bread crumbs

  1. Place each ingredient in a separate shallow bowl. Dip the item to be coated in the flour, then the egg and lastly in the bread crumbs. Set the coated item on a wax paper-lined plate or possibly sheet pan and allow to dry for 5 min before frying
