Ингредиенты

  • 1/8 lb salt pork minced fine
  • 2 x onions minced fine
  • 1 x bell pepper minced fine
  • 1 x datil pepper - (to 2)
  • 12 ounce conch meat clams for sub.
  • 3 c. canned tomatoes minced
  • 2 c. canned potatoes diced
  • 1/2 c. tomato puree
  • 1/2 Tbsp. thyme
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 x bay leaf - (to 2) crushed

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry pork in large pot. Remove and set aside. Add in onions, bell peppers and saute/fry. Add in warm peppers. Add in reserved pork and remaining ingredients. Bring to boil 15 min. Simmer 45 min to one hour.
  2. This recipe yields 6 servings.
