College Chicken Cordon bleu & Garlic Spinach

Quick and easy and tastes great! Cooking in a mixture of olive oil and olivio gives you a great moist chicken!

Ингредиенты

  • Fresh Chicken breast
  • Individually packaged Swiss cheese
  • Smoked ham ( lunch meat)
  • Olivio
  • Olive oil
  • Cracked Pepper
  • Bagged spinach

Инструкции

  1. Pound out fresh chicken into desired thickness
  2. Place 1 slice of the Swiss and 4 slices of the Ham in the middle of chicken breast.
  3. Roll and stick with toothpick
  4. Place in glass bakeware of the appropriate size.
  5. After you have completed however many breasts you require drizzle drizzle about 1 tbs of olive oil around the chicken.
  6. Crack a healthy amount of fresh pepper over the chicken.
  7. Drop two teaspoon size dollops of Olivio and place in oven at 350 for about 35 min or until cooked through.
  8. While this is cooking you can sautee Bagged Spinach in 1 tbs Garlic and 1tbs Olive oil.
  9. Serve the Chicken over the Spinach and Enjoy
