- Pound out fresh chicken into desired thickness
- Place 1 slice of the Swiss and 4 slices of the Ham in the middle of chicken breast.
- Roll and stick with toothpick
- Place in glass bakeware of the appropriate size.
- After you have completed however many breasts you require drizzle drizzle about 1 tbs of olive oil around the chicken.
- Crack a healthy amount of fresh pepper over the chicken.
- Drop two teaspoon size dollops of Olivio and place in oven at 350 for about 35 min or until cooked through.
- While this is cooking you can sautee Bagged Spinach in 1 tbs Garlic and 1tbs Olive oil.
- Serve the Chicken over the Spinach and Enjoy
