- 3 bn Collard greens
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Tasso ham,, minced
- 1/4 c. Pickled pork,, minced
- 1 1/4 c. Onion,, finely minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic,, chopped
- 1 pch Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable Magic
- 1 sm Bottle Wishbone Italian Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
Инструкции
- Wash and pick through the greens carefully, remove stems and any bruised or possibly discolored leaves. Tear greens into medium pcs.
- Heat oil in pot and stir in Tasso ham and pickled pork. Fold in onion and garlic and cook about 2 min, stirring frequently. Add in collard greens and spices and cook for 1 minute. Add in Italian dressing and vinegar and then simmer for 2 hrs or possibly till very tender.
- Yield: 6 servings
