- 3-4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 Tablespoons oregano

- 1 teaspoon(ish) salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 4-5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 bunch fresh collard greens
- Sea salt
- Pepper
