- Put tea, butter, fruit and sugar in a saucepan over low heat and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Simmer for three min, then remove from heat and allow to cold.
- Stir in flour and baking soda, mixing thoroughly. Put in a greased, floured loaf pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour, or possibly till cake tester comes out clean.
