Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Pitted plums
  • 1 c. Pitted sour red cherries
  • 1 c. Sliced peaches
  • 6 quart Water
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 6 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream

Инструкции

  1. Combine the fruit, water, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat 15 min. Force through a food mill.
  2. Mix the cornstarch with a little water and stir into the fruit mix. Cook over low heat 10 min, stirring frequently. Refrigerateand garnish with lowfat sour cream.
  3. Serves 6.
