Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 (8 ounce) lowfat sour cream
  • 1 (21 ounce) can Wilderness pie filling
  • Streusel Topping

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray two 9 inch round cake pans with Pam. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in large eggs till mix is light and fluffy. Add in extract. Put together flour and soda, add in to creamed mix alternately with lowfat sour cream. Divide batter evenly in pans. Spread fruit filling on top.Sprinkle Streusel Topping over fruit filling. Bake 25 to 35 min till cake tests done.
  2. Put together 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Cut in 1/4 cup butter till crumbly.
