Ингредиенты

  • 2 lbs. grnd chuck
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 T bread crumbs
  • 1 T onion flakes
  • 1 T parsley flakes
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar grape jelly
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 T lemon juice

  1. Mix top 7 ingredients and form into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake 15-20 min in a 400 degree oven. Turn meatballs to brown other side after 10 min.While these brown, put together sauce ingredients in separate container. Drain fat off the meatballs; place in baking dish and cover with the sauce. Bake in covered pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 3 dozen meatballs.
