- 1 small package fresh berries
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- DAIRY
- 1 quart organic, pastured milk
- 1 small block whole-fat cheddar cheese
- PROTEIN
- 1/2 dozen eggs
- 1 rotisserie chicken (pre-cooked, read the ingredients!) – This breaks down pretty well when you disassemble it and discard what you can’t eat.
- Small container plain Greek yogurt
- GRAINS
- 1/4 – 1/2 lb. whole wheat pastry flour (for pancakes!)
- 1 small package brown rice
- 1 small package quinoa
- 1 package clean tortillas
- 1 loaf clean, whole grain bread
- PANTRY ITEMS
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Ground cumin
- Salt & Pepper
- Cinnamon
- Dill – for fish and making ranch dressing
- Small jar yellow mustard
- Small bottle of balsamic vinegar
- Popcorn kernels – Not the packaged ones. Buy the jar and pour about 2 tbsp. into a small, brown paper lunch bag. Pop in the microwave.
- Small jar of clean salsa
- 1 can of clean, refried beans
- 1 can of clean, black beans
- 1 small jar clean peanut butter
- DRINKS
- 1 or 2 gallon jug distilled water (doubles for appliances that need water)
