Рецепт Clean Eating Dorm Room Grocery List
What do you buy at the grocery store when space is at a premium and your roommate is likely to eat anything in sight?
Most roomies, unless they are totally into healthy living, seem to survive on all the junk food they can find. So chances are that if you buy healthier foods, they might actually be safe (roommate rules notwithstanding). But it can be hard to know what to buy to keep your meals interesting, and with a fridge that small, you have to learn how to not only shop for 1, but maybe even shop for 1/2. So here’s a clean eating dorm room grocery list to get you started. Change it to suit your needs!

- DAIRY
- 1 quart organic, pastured milk
- 1 small block whole-fat cheddar cheese

- 1 can of clean, refried beans
- 1 can of clean, black beans
- 1 small jar clean peanut butter
- DRINKS

Tea of any variety (just check the ingredients to make sure it’s clean!)
Also, scout out your campus so you know where healthier foods are located. A chicken salad from the cafeteria with your own, clean dressing can be a wonderful meal.
