Classic Dijon Vinaigrette

Easy prep vinaigrette for salads. If you want to use it with fish or veggies, add 1/4 cup more oil.

  • 1/2 cup light olive oil
  • 3 tbs. white wine or champagne vinegar
  • 2 tsp. good quality Dijon mustard like Grey Poupon
  • optional: drop a peeled clove of garlic in the jar

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a jar with a lid and shake.
  2. Refrigerates for several weeks.
  3. Best served room temp.
