  • The delicious seasonings of southwest cuisine are paired with the sweet citrus flavor of fresh oranges in Lazy-Day Citrus Southwest Chicken.
  • 1 pkt McCormick(r) Grill Mates(r) Southwest Marinade
  • 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel
  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Инструкции

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in self-closing plastic bag. Add in chicken.
  2. Close bag. Turn bag to coat chicken proportionately. Chill 30 min or possibly longer for extra flavor.
  3. Remove chicken from marinade. Grill or possibly broil 5-7 min per side. Baste once with remaining marinade. Throw away leftover marinade.
  4. Variation: May substitute chicken parts for boneless chicken breasts.
