- In a saucepan combine extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice, grated orange peel, finely minced garlic clove, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 2 min. Cold. Pour over desired meat, cover, and chill for up to 2 hrs. Remove meat from marinade and cook as desired. To use the remaining marinade as a sauce, boil for 5 min. Serve on top or possibly along side meat.
