  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
  • 1 x garlic clove, peeled, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, minced if necessary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Инструкции

  1. In a saucepan combine extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, lemon juice, grated orange peel, finely minced garlic clove, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 2 min. Cold. Pour over desired meat, cover, and chill for up to 2 hrs. Remove meat from marinade and cook as desired. To use the remaining marinade as a sauce, boil for 5 min. Serve on top or possibly along side meat.
