- 2 c. Cattleman's Smokey BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 c. Coffee, strong
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 2 tsp Chipotle sauce, Buffalo brand
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1 tsp Season salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Инструкции
- Pour all ingredients into a medium sauce pan over medium-low heat.
- Reduce mix by 10% stirring occasionally.
- Makes the perfect amountto fill a 2 c. squirt bottle if reduced properly. For more heat, add in warm sauce and more Chipotle sauce.
- NOTE: Might want to try adding chili pwdr to basic recipe also!
