- 1/2 c. Butter
- 2 x Egg, separated
- 1 1/2 c. Flour, cake
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
Инструкции
- Cream butter and sugar well, then add in the beaten egg yolks and beat well.
- Add in the lowfat milk. Sift the dry ingredients together and add in to mix. Mix in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into well-greased layer cake pans and bake at 375-F for 20 min. When cold, ice with favorite frosting.
