Cincalok Omelette

Eggs fried with cincalok, chopped shallots and spring onions, chillies and tad bit of sugar.

Ингредиенты

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp cincalok
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 shallots - chopped
  • 2 red chillies - chopped
  • 2 stalks spring onions
  • 1/2 lime
  • 3 tbsp oil

Инструкции

  1. Lightly beat and mix eggs with cincalok.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. In heated oil, saute shallots and chillies
  4. Pour egg mixture over.
  5. Spread it by titling the pan.
  6. Sprinkle springs onion on top.
  7. Turn to cook the other side when there's no egg liquid left.
  8. Either remove it as one big piece or gently run it with spatula to
  9. cut into pieces.
  10. Serve with lime to squeeze over before eating.
