Ингредиенты

  • 600 gm spare ribs/ pork chop, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seed
  • Marinade:
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp water
  • Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp black vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 11/2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp water

Инструкции

  1. Combine spare ribs with marinade and mix well.Marinade for 30 minutes .
  2. Deep fry the marinated spare ribs in a hot oil till golden brown.Dish and drain.
  3. Pour sauce into a clean wok and bring to boil.
  4. Add in spare ribs, and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens.
  5. Dish up and sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds. Serve.
