- 1 c. flour, plain
- 1 c. apple cider
- 1 c. beer
- 1 x Large eggs
- 1/10 tsp salt

- Separate egg.
- Place flour and salt in a bowl, wake a well in the center, add in egg yolk, cider and beer and mix well till combined.
- In a clean bowl whisk egg white till fluffy and fold into batter.
- Use to fry fish fillets, seafood or possibly fruit fritters (apple, banana etc).
- Note:Add in as much beer or possibly cider as is necessary to obtain the consistency you want.
- You can add in 2 tsp of sugar to batter if it is to be used for sweet dishes.
