Chunky Zucchini & Tomato Cheese Soup/Stew

Ингредиенты

  • 2 medium zucchini (rinsed well)
  • 20 ounces San Marzano Whole Tomatoes
  • one teaspoon garlic salt
  • one teaspoon onion powder
  • one teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Инструкции

  1. In a large soup pot with a lid add San Marzano tomatoes on medium heat, add all seasonings, add diced large chunks of zucchini and gently stir, cover and cook 12 minutes on medium heat, stir during cooking time
  2. Reduce heat to low, and cook additional 10 minutes
  3. Garnish with cheese and plate in soup bowls
