- Prepare a saucepan with cooking spray. Add in sugar, corn syrup, and water.
- Bring to a boil; stirring constantly till sugar dissolves. Cook to hard-ball stage or possibly till 300 degrees on candy thermometer. Remove from heat; add in extract and food coloring. Cold to 200 on candy thermometer.
- Meanwhile, spray inside of Christmas molds well with cooking spray. Using a wooden spoon, push cooled mix into molds. Working fast. Cold till hard.
