- 1 c. honey
- 300 ml cream
- 1/2 c. liquid glucose
- 1 c. hazelnuts
- 1 c. almonds, unsalted
- 1/2 c. mixed peel
- 300 gm chocolate, dark
Инструкции
- Boil cream, honey and glucose to 125C/260F, remove from heat and stir in nuts and finely diced peel. Leave to sit for a short time then roll out 1 cm thick.
- When completely cool, cut into 1cm X 3cm pcs and dip in melted chocolate.
