Name: Chocolate Tweed Cake
Ingredients: 2 c. Mashed potatoes; 3/4 c. Butter; 2 1/4 c. Sugar; 3 x Egg; 1 3/4 c. Flour; 2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Salt; 1/2 c. Lowfat milk; 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon; 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar; 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves; 1/2 tsp Nutmeg; 2 ounce Chocolate, unsweetened

Ингредиенты

2 c. Mashed potatoes
3/4 c. Butter
2 1/4 c. Sugar
3 x Egg
1 3/4 c. Flour
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Salt
1/2 c. Lowfat milk
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
2 ounce Chocolate, unsweetened

Инструкции

Pre-heat oven to 350.
Beat together butter and sugar. Beat in potatoes(make sure they are cold) and Large eggs, one at a time.
Mix flour, baking pwdr, salt, cream of tartar and all the spices.
Add in flour mix and lowfat milk to potato mix, alternating and blending after each.
Grate chocolate and stir in.
Grease AND flour baking pan.
Bake for 50 min.
Let cold and glaze(dissolve 3 TBS water in 2 c. powdered sugar)
