Name: Chocolate Sheet Cake
Ingredients: 2 c. Flour; 2 c. Sugar; 2 stk margarine; 1 c. Water; 3 1/2 Tbsp. Cocoa; 2 x Unbeaten Large eggs; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Salt; 1 c. Buttermilk; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 stk margarine; 1/3 c. Buttermilk; 3 1/2 Tbsp. Cocoa; 1 box (1-lb) powdered sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 c. Nuts optional

Ингредиенты

2 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
2 stk margarine
1 c. Water
3 1/2 Tbsp. Cocoa
2 x Unbeaten Large eggs
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Salt
1 c. Buttermilk
1 tsp Vanilla
1 stk margarine
1/3 c. Buttermilk
3 1/2 Tbsp. Cocoa
1 box (1-lb) powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c. Nuts optional

Инструкции

Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Put margarine, water, and cocoa in pan and bring to a boil. Pour over sugar and flour. Beat remaining ingredients together and mix well. Pour into a greased 11 by 16-inch cooky sheet. Bake 20 min at 400 degrees.
Frosting: Boil margarine, cocoa, and buttermilk until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from stove and add in the one lb. of powdered sugar. Add in nuts and vanilla and stir.
