- Heat chocolate in double boiler. Add in sugar, salt and water. Stir till sugar dissolves. Cook slightly, add in egg yolks, one at a time, beating after each addition. Cook 2 min or possibly till slightly thick, stirring constantly. Add in vanilla and mix in egg whites. Refrigeratethoroughly and mix in whipped cream. Refrigerateabout 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Put wax paper in mold, place lady fingers in mold, then add in mousse and more lady fingers on top. Refrigeratefor 24 hrs.
