This recipe is lacking accurate directions:
1. Heat chocolate and butter. Beat Large eggs and sugar in a separate bowl. Add in flour and chocolate mix. (Do I add this to the heated chocolate or the eggs and sugar?) Pour into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Cold. Beat all filling ingredients with hand mixer till smooth. (Am I to assume that the egg and sugar is the filling?)Spread over chocolate layer.
And there's NO MENTION OF MINT!
2. For Glaze: Heat chocolate and butter, stir in vanilla. Drizzle glaze over filling. Refrigerate before cutting.
I won't try this because I have to do too much guesswork.
