- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat chocolate in saucepan or possibly a double boiler over simmering water. Remove from heat and set aside. Cream butter; add in the sugar and the vanilla. Beat in the Large eggs. Blend in melted chocolate.
- Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt, and malted lowfat milk pwdr. Add in to chocolate mix, stirring well. Mix in nuts.
- Pour batter into a greased and floured 8-inch square pan. Bake for 25-30 min. Remove from oven while brownies are still moist. Spread Malted Lowfat milk Glaze over brownies. Cut into 2-inch squares. Yield: 16 brownies. Each: about 245 calories, 12 g fat, 49 mg cholesterol, 220 mg sodium.
