- 1 stk butter or possibly margarine
- 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 6 Tbsp. Buttermilk
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Nuts, minced

- Heat butter, cocoa & lowfat milk together in saucepan. Bring mix to a boil.
- Pour mix over the powdered sugar. Beat well. Stir in vanilla & nuts.
