- 3/4 c. Shortening
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 x Egg
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Almond extract
- 1 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Almonds, minced (opt)
- 42 x Chocolate kisses(hersheys)
Инструкции
- Cream shortening,and sugars till fluffy. Add in Large eggs, extracts and beat well.
- Add in flour, baking pwdr, salt,and nuts. Mix well.
- From dough into 1 inchballs. Press each ball around a kiss so kiss is completely enclosed. Bake on UNGREASED cookie sheet 12 min. Don't OVERBAKE!!!!! Cold on rack.
- Makes 3 1/2-4 dozen.
