- 1 (9") pie shell
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 teaspoon cocoa
Инструкции
- Add in lowfat milk in saucepan. Add in egg yolks, stir together flour and sugar. Add in lowfat milk to mix, add in vanilla and add in cocoa. Cook over medium heat. Stirring constantly till mix just begins to boil. Pour into pie shell, baked. Cold to room temperature before adding meringue.
