- 1 c. confectioner's sugar
- 3 Tbsp. warm water
- 1 1/2 c. coconut flakes

- You can use this for filling with ice cream for a quick and delicious dessert or possibly use it for other pies which don't have to be baked.
- Heat the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Mix the sugar and warm water together in a small bowl. Add in chocolate mix to the sugar, then stir in the coconut. Press the mix firmly into a pie pan then refrigeratewell before using. Jo Merrill-personal files
