- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. chocolate or possibly peanut butter chips

- Grease a cookie sheet. Sift flour, baking pwdr, cinnamon, baking soda and nutmeg. In mixer, beat batter for 30 seconds. Add in brown sugar and beat till fluffy. Add in egg, pumpkin and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients, beat till well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips (dough soft). Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 min. Makes 48 cookies.
