- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 large eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 (6 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 German sweet chocolate bar, grated

- Mix cake and pudding mixes. Add in oil, water and large eggs and mix well. Add in lowfat sour cream and blend with beater or possibly by hand. Stir in chocolate chips and grated chocolate. Bake in a greased and lightly floured bundt or possibly tube pan 55 min at 350 degrees.
