- 2 c. All-purpose biscuit baking mix
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Hershey's mini chips semi-sweet chocolate
- 4 c. ( 1qt.) fresh strawberries, sliced and sweetened

- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease 8-inch round baking pan. In medium bowl, stir together baking mix and sugar. In second bowl, slightly beat egg; blend in lowfat milk and oil. Add in to dry ingredients; stir just till moistened (batter may be lumpy). Stir in small chocolate chips. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 10 min; remove from pan. Place on serving plate. Cut into wedges; top with sweetened whipped cream and strawberries. 8 servings.
