- 2 c. sifted all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. liquid vegetable shortening
- 1/2 c. lightly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 c. nuts, optional
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate chips
- Sugar
Инструкции
- Combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Beat butter and shortening and sugars. Add in egg and beat. Add in vanilla. Add in flour mix and blend. Add in chips and nuts. Roll dough into balls and roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 min or possibly till hard.
